Purchase service agreement
Love Eve 代購服務條文
Applies to all
customers ordering direct or indirectly with Love Eve Limited
Love Eve 代購 / Love Eve Custom purchase is a service providing buying, and
transporting for products located in UK, Europe or other countries that Love
Eve is able to obtain. Love Eve is not a retailer nor dealer of the product. We
are unable to verify the product quality, authenticity, issues, reliability,
legality or piracy claims etc in regards to the product. We do not make any
guarantee of the product.
After accepting
the deposit, as indicated on the invoice, we will purchase on behalf of the
customer. We cannot provide refund because the customer changes his mind after
the ordering. Deposit can be confiscated.

Customers ordering
directly from Love Eve Limited
Quotation,
Exchange rate and service charge:
This is decided by Love Eve limited and
all quotes are as of the invoice shown. The quote are valid for 2 weeks after
it has been issued.
Ordering:
All orders are ordered according to the
request by customer.
Shall a product becomes cheaper via
another supplier, details will be provided and it is up to the customer whether
to proceed with the cheaper option.
All order confirmation email, including
delivery confirmations will be forwarded to the customer. If any problems arise
at this stage, please contact Love Eve Ltd directly.
If the customer change his mind after
ordering prior to delivery, please contact Love Eve ltd directly, remedies will
be sort between the customer and the retailer. No Refund is order confirmed and deposit made.
Shall a product becomes unavailable
after a deposit is made, customer can ask for a refund or to pay a replacement product. After a deposit is made, and the product is delivered as described, we cannot provide a refund.
We would use all available method to seek compensation and complaint on customer behalf, if the product is incorrect, not as described or the sale is a fraud
The mailing cost is subject to change
after the arrival of the goods in UK.
Final price cannot be altered once the
product sent out to Hong Kong. Customer who would like to dispute the price
must do so within 48 hours after receiving the receipt (in blue colour)
Product
on Arrival at UK:
After receiving the products, Love Eve
Ltd will notify the customer of its arrival. An estimated delivery date will
also be given at this stage. Shall a product cannot be deliver within the
specific time-period, a reason shall be given to the customer.
The product will be photo-taken, by
opening the delivery package. However, the product seal will not be opened if
it has been sealed to confirm its integrity.
Shall a customer request for further
photos taken for checking purpose, we will open the seal and do so, and no
further complaints against the product integrity can be issued after this
stage.
If customer decided to return a product
after seeing the photos of their product received, this can be done so with
additional service fee. Service fee is decided by Love Eve Limited and will be
quoted on the request of the customer.
If customer seen the photos, but decided
to return the product after receiving the product in Hong Kong, and the reasons
is not satisfactory, Love Eve Limited has the right to reject such request.
Product
delivery:
All products will be delivered using
original packaging as much as possible. If customer complains product is
damaged due to inadequate packaging, Love Eve Limited shall has no
responsibility to the damages. Additional packaging is available on request at
additional cost.
All product will be delivered at the
agreed timeframe. And if due to unforeseen reason for such delay, Love Eve
Limited will communicate with customer for the delay.
Delivery method is chosen by the
customer. Therefore, different levels of compensation is subject to the
delivery method chosen.
Normal airmail: no compensation can be
given.
Normal airmail with proof of postage:
love Eve Limited will take the responsibility of writing complaint to Royal
Mail and request for compensation. All compensation will then be pass on to
customer direct. No additional compensation shall be given other than the
compensation received by Royal Mail.
Recorded airmail/Airsure: love Eve
Limited will take the responsibility of writing complaint to Royal Mail and
request for compensation. All compensation will then be pass on to customer
direct. No additional compensation shall be given other than the compensation
received by Royal Mail.
Shop collection: love
Eve Limited will take the responsibility of writing complaint to courier company from UK to HK and
request for compensation. All compensation will then be pass on to customer
direct. No additional compensation shall be given other than the compensation
received by courier company.
Local Mail Delivery: love Eve Limited
will take the responsibility of writing complaint to either thecourier company and request for compensation. All compensation will then be pass on
to customer direct. No additional compensation shall be given other than the
compensation received by courier company.
Product
Arrival:
Customer must collect the product
within 14 days after the arrival in Hong Kong. From 15th day
onwards, we charge 1% of the total cost of the product as storage fee (minimum
charge $5/day). If customer did not collect the product after 30 days we
notified you (by email or phone), the product ownership will immediately
transfer to Love Eve Limited, and all money collected will not be refunded.
Product
Guarantee provided by Love Eve Limited:
If the product is damaged that is
deemed not usable by Love Eve Limited or lost, customer is allowed to receive
compensation to $55 per kg, up to $1000 HKD
This excludes:
1. Fragile products such as glass,
potteries
2. Products that is sent out with proof
of mail
3. If the wrapping of the product is
not obviously damaged, the product is not damaged
If the product is not deliverable by
the seller, Love Eve Limited can only refund the amount received after
complaint or legal action is taken against the seller
Complaint:
Please raise all complaints within 2
days of the receipt of the product. After the 2 days timeframe, complaints can
be ignored.
If complaint is related to the
condition of the product, customer has the responsibility to check if the
product is correct when they receive the photos of the product in UK. Complaint
will not be taken and subject to Love Eve Limited discretion.
If complaint is related to other areas
of the purchase, customer shall contact Love Eve Limited within 7 days of the
receipt of the product. Complaint will not be taken and subject to Love Eve
Limited discretion.
Libel
and defamation:
As an internet trading company, we take
all cases of libel and defamation against Love Eve limited seriously. Shall we
found inappropriate conduct over any libel or defamation cases against
Love Eve Limited, formal warning is given at the first stage towards the
customer, and further legal actions can be taken. We reserve all our legal
rights towards the defendant in such cases.
Customer who is not satisfied with
their transaction with Love Eve Limited shall contact Love Eve limited
immediately and seek any remedy towards situation. However, if customer decided
to publicise the matter during the remedial stage or before a remedy is agreed.
The agreed remedy can be cancelled, and further legal actions can be taken
again such libel cases.
Legal action can be taken at the place
of residence of such customer, or from the English court of justice.
Applies to all forwarding customers
1. Love Eve Limited does
not take any responsibility to locate the product that have been forward to the
address
2. Love Eve Limited does
not take any responsibility to the damage or lost of the product until we confirmed
the arrival of the product
3.Additional charges can
be applied if the courier company did not deliver and require personal
assistance to collect the product
4. We can only deliver the
product to the assigned destination, and will not be responsible to any damages
to the product, unless customer requested for additional packaging use
5. All products can be
opened as part of the forwarding procedure, and no illegal items or items
banned by the Aviation authority can be delivered.
